This website is operated by JLS Video Agency ("JLS Video," "we," "us," or "our"), a video content agency based in Los Angeles, California. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site (for example, to get the Signature Show Playbook, use the show-concept builder, or book a strategy call), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and phone number, plus any answers you share about your business and content goals.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect standard usage data — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you found us. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and analytics cookies, which help us measure our advertising and understand how visitors use the site.

How we use your information

• To deliver what you requested — the playbook, your custom show concept, and booking confirmations.
• To follow up by email and SMS/text message about your request, your strategy call, and related JLS Video services. By submitting a form with your phone number, you consent to receive these messages; message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
• To schedule and manage strategy calls.
• To measure and improve our marketing (including via the Meta Pixel) and improve this site.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and our follow-up — for example our CRM and messaging platform, our scheduling provider (Calendly), website hosting, and analytics/advertising partners such as Meta (in connection with the Meta Pixel). These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and advertising

The Meta Pixel allows Meta to collect information about your visit and match it to your Meta account for ad measurement and retargeting. • SMS: reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
